My story…
Through the wonder of light and nature, I found a passion to capture the world with a brush. My family’s love inspires me to see life from a variety of perspectives and mediums. Even in my youth, paint was my vessel of expression, and life continues to blossom every day through its lens.
Art is a living expression of love and joy. The amalgam of impressionist and abstract styles brings out the vital energy of life. My grounding in biology and love of detail is in every feathered stroke of color. Every drop of paint I leave behind as a love letter to you.
Christy is an international artist and instructor with 16 years of experience. She has been a featured artist for notable exhibitions, including “Caseworks” at the Art Museum at the University of Memphis, the Lyon College Alumni Art Show, the Montgomery Bell Academy Art Show, the Scouted Studio’s Spring Art Showcase, and many more. She is known for her charity work with several local nonprofit organizations. Her commissions have found homes all over the world. Christy and her family live in Nashville, Tennessee.
